Automatic Wire Cutter Warranty Information

Warranty (One-Year)

Our Automatic Wire Cutter is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase (not including the cutting blade or rubber feed rollers). During this warranty period, upon return of the unit (freight pre-paid) to Cutter Industries - 420 S. Hickory - Mt. Vernon, MO 65712 - (417) 461-0186 - the unit will be repaired or replaced at our option. Cutter Industries shall not be liable in any respect under this warranty if the unit has been repaired by others, or has been damaged by the addition or alteration of the unit, or has been used with components or accessories other than those supplied by Cutter Industries, or otherwise misused or damaged in any way. Damage that is deemed to be of this nature will be repaired at the owners expense. All other warranties, express or implied, of merchantability and all other warranties which extend beyond the description of the unit on the face hereof shall terminate upon any change of ownership. Cutter Industries shall not be liable for any consequential damages except to the extent required by law

Enclose an explanation of the problem along with your return address and phone number with the unit, (place your return address on the outside of the package also). Units being returned for warranty must also include dated proof of purchase. If dated proof of purchase cannot be verified, the unit will be processed as a return for service. All packages must be insured by the owner. Cutter Industries will not be responsible for shipping damage. Returns should be in the original packaging (or equivalent). The anticipated time for your unit to be back to you from the time you send it should be 3 to 10 working days by UPS, and 10 to 30 days if returned by US Mail
