What is the cutting speed of your automatic cutting machines?

Do you repair your cutters in house?

Yes, we will repair our automatic cutters in our facility. Sometimes, we can also help you over the phone. Be sure to call us prior to sending your unit in for repair. The Service & Warranty page has important additional information and further details.

What size of material can be cut with your automatic cutters?

The Automatic Cutter II and III cut a wide variety of materials – from wires to coax cables to tubing and more. You can find more detailed information on our product pages for the Automatic Cutter II (for smaller materials), the Automatic Cutter III (for larger materials) and the Pneumatic Auto Cutter IV (for tougher materials). How many pieces do your cutting machines cut in an hour?

Like the cutting speed, the number of pieces cut per hour is dependent on the length of the material cut. Please see our Automatic Cutter Specifications for more detailed information.

What is the longevity of the knife and cutting system?

Under normal use the knife blade will last several thousand cuts. It can be sharpened. The cutting system depends on the number of cuts made and amount of use it gets.
